Today, will share with you some idea of how I make this home made cheese cake.
My husband requested to have some cake for the weekend. I made him a Home made Mango Cheesecake and Tiramisu to be exact.
But in this post, will share with you this “healthier recipe” (he he he).
I am not a sweet eater, but my husband is.
1/2 cup oats
100 gram butter
1 tablespoon honey
2 tables spoon water or milk for the oats
400 g soft cheese (Pheladelphia)
200 g mascarpone
4 table spoon yogurt
1/2 cup full cream milk
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon starch
Prior to prepare all ingredients, heat up the oven to 180 degree.
- I combine butter and instant oats into a bowl. Adding 2 tablespoon of milk into the oats.
I bake it for 10 minutes in 180 degree oven heat. You maybe need more time or less. Once you see the oats is brown and harden as well as looking crispy, then remove it from the oven and cool it.
I combine the cheese, and all other creamy ingredients one at a time. Using metal whiskier or do you call it a beater?
Combining the eggs and sugar, I then added it to the cheese mixture.
Adding corn starch or potato starch.
Be sure to blend it really well untill the batter looks smooth and creamy.
Your oven is now ready.
You’ve added the cream mixture onto the pan where your oats. Bake it for about 45 minutes until you are satisfied the browny color.
This is now out from the oven after 45 minutes of baking with a 180 oven heat.
I cool it down then put it into the refrigerator for at least 8 hours.
I added slices of ripe mangoes on the top with sole blue berries as well.

I serve it after lunch to my austrian husband and he almost ate half of it.
It was the first time for me using oats and it turns out well.
It wasn’t taste too cheesy either.
