We human are being  so ignorant. We think that going to the gym or doing an hour of walking, running, or any forms of exercise will make us lose weight.

To some people, they think that by stop eating for few days will make them lose weight too.

Since it does burn some amount of calories, you can definitely make it a part of your weight loss plans. In addition to this, sex also has a host of other benefits such as putting you in a good mood, increasing blood flow, helping you sleep better, etc.  So, have more sex today!

Meditation can also clear a foundation for healthier thinking and feeling. “When you meditate, all the junk comes up, all the clutter,” says Lahman. “The negative body images come up, the desires for certain foods come up, and the emotions that are attached to those desires come up. The more they surface, the more you can put them in your mental recycle bin and start with a clean slate.”

Here is How to Meditate

  • Sit straight in a comfortable, quiet place.

  • Close your eyes.

  • Relax your muscles.

  • Pay attention to your slow and natural breathing.

  • When distracting thoughts occur — and they will — simply notice them and gently bring your attention back to the breath. You may have to do this often at first.

    Continue for 10 to 20 minutes.

  • Try to practice once or twice daily. With time, meditation will “bring a sense of relaxation, of coming to peace,”And from that place of peace we make better choices.”

How to Yoga?

If it is difficult for you to do yoga, the best way is to join  some classes in your nearby community centres.

There are private session as well that you can pay per lessons. This is for you to get familiarise. I did not know what to do before, looking at the photographs alone, cannot just perfect your yoga poses. It is so important that you know the “how”.

If you cannot find a Yoga lessons to attend, find some video on Youtube or Vimeo. There are plenty of those videos you can follow at the comfort of your home.

Cook your own meals. …
Serve yourself smaller portions. …
Eat early, weigh less. …
Watch what you eat… Do not just eat..
Plan your meals and snacks ahead of time. …
Don’t shop for groceries when you’re hungry. …
Drink more water. …
Limit the amount of tempting foods you have at home.

With all the above information and if you combine all that with good exercise, you can be on your way to lose weight in a healthy way, you will feel great, you think positive, you are a much happier  person and those people around you will be much happier as well to see you in a better shape.
