How To Make A Full Meal Dinner Salad – Eating Clean To Be Lean

I thought of you tonight and here’s an idea for an evening meal. Perhaps, if you are already eating well and clean, this maybe a great idea to add it to your menu.

GREEN SALAD WITH EDIBLE FLOWERS, SMOKE SALMON, AVOCADO AND HARD BOILED EGGS –

How does this work?

In case you haven’t heard about this flower.

Some supermarket has it

Butter head letuce and spinanch are softer to eat.

Spinach is not only softer leaves to make salad- it is also a relaxant food. A great food at night.

I combine these things and soak it into clean water for at least 10 minutes.

After washing and soaking, I use a salad strainer to get rid of excess water.

It is NOT necesarry to have smoke salmon though but it could be a great additional source of protien and great fats our body needs.

However, not all smoke salmon are good. Be watchful.

I also use this 2 things as salad dressing and nothing else.

For me is good enough and there is no need to add salt. Removing salt intake can be good for you.

I believe that our food already has natural salt in it- so why we put more?

Yeah! my husband disagree with me.

Simple but delicious- Just combine this balasamic and olive oil as your salad dreesings.

A hard boiled eggs should not be too long into boiling- about 3 to 5 minutes for me.

Hard boiled eggs to pump up more protien. I use 4 eggs in this recipe as for 2 adults.

Adding an avocado perhaps.

Eating avocado is very nutirious.

I called avocado as a relaxant food because of it’s high content in potasium better than banana.

I mixed all greens and flowers with balsamic and olive oil in a bowl before placing it to a final dish.

Having it springkle with more of balsamic vinegar and olive oil before serving.

SUMMARY:

– Green leaves = butter head lettuce and spinach

– Edible flowers = make your food looks happier

– hard boiled eggs cook for 5 minutes

– Balsamic and olive oil as your salad dressing

– smoke salmon

– avocado
